Recharge is the leading subscriptions payments platform designed for merchants to set up and manage dynamic recurring billing across the web and mobile. It’s one of the best Shopify subscription apps.

After installing this app, you can go to the app’s dashboard to set up and start selling subscriptions on your Shopify store. But some merchants said to us they can’t go to this app’s dashboard. They only see a blank page when trying access open it. And they usually happen when they use the Google Chrome browser.

We did some research and found that it’s not the Recharge’s fault. The reason is from the Google Chrome browser.

This browser block page redirects. You will see an alert icon on the address bar. Clicking on this and choose: Always allow pop-ups and redirects from… and clicking Done to finish.

Now you only need to refresh the page for the changed to take effect.

Not only ReCharge, maybe you have this issue for some Shopify apps. If you see the alert icon on the address bar like this case. You can apply this tip to fix it.

I hope it’s helpful to you.
