URIKAKEは、B2B取引における毎月の請求書作成を自動化するアプリです。 得意先ごとに締め日や掛け率を設定するだけで、 注文データを自動集計し合算請求書を生成します。 毎月の請求書作成にExcelで丸一日費やしていた作業を、 ワンクリックの操作に置き換えます。 生成されたPDFは得意先へメールで自動送付でき、 発行から入金確認までダッシュボードで一元管理できます。 10%と8%の軽減税率を自動分類し、 登録番号や税率別消費税額など適格請求書の6要件を構造的に保証します。 インボイス制度と電子帳簿保存法の両方に対応しているため、 法令遵守の負担を軽減できます。 請求書に加えて、納品書や領収書の発行にも対応しています。 得意先の締め日は末日、15日、20日、25日から選択でき、 支払サイトや掛け率も個別に設定可能です。 Freeプランでは得意先3件、月10件までの請求書を無料で生成できます。 クレジットカード不要で、3分で導入を開始できます。
