About Timed Promobar:

Timed Promobar puts a promotion bar at the top of your store and handles the timing for you. Set a start, an end, or a recurring window such as every Friday evening. All times run in your store's time zone, not your visitor's. Preview any future date to see exactly how the bar will look before it goes live, and see every campaign on one calendar. Nineteen presets are ready to use, eleven with the date already filled in. The bar is rendered by your theme.

Most of the apps on Shopify's app store are relatively easy to integrate. And so is this Shopify app.
