Shopify gives each variant one photo and shows every photo no matter what a shopper picks. ShotSwap fixes both. Every color gets its own image shelf — pick from a grid, drag to reorder. The gallery shows only the selected color's photos. Color, image and pill swatches on product pages and collection cards. Auto-assign matches images to variants; bulk assign with a preview you approve. Activation is checked against your live storefront. Sold-out variants stay styled — buy buttons untouched.
