Developer: Loklia

Rétractation UE is a Shopify app developed by Loklia. This Shopify app helps to increase your customers' buying confidence and boost sales.

About Rétractation UE:

Rétractation UE adds a ready-to-use right-of-withdrawal button to your storefront, so customers can send a withdrawal request in a few clicks, as required by EU Directive 2023/2673. Each request is saved in your dashboard, the customer gets an automatic confirmation email, and you receive an email alert so you never miss the 14-day legal deadline. Accept, refuse or refund a request in one click; the customer is kept informed. No code, no theme editing.
