Formly lets you build any form your store needs and drop it into any page. Start from 11 templates — contact, RSVP, feedback, support, quote, return, appointment, wholesale, warranty, newsletter, or blank — then customise fields, colours, and confirmation wording. Every submission lands in a dashboard, emails your team, and sends the customer a confirmation. Inline or pop-up embed, spam protection, conditional fields, submission numbering, and per-form recipient overrides included.
