About FlexScan:

Shopify POS only reads one barcode per variant, but most products have multiple codes. Supplier barcodes, internal SKUs, ISBNs, and legacy identifiers all cause failed scans at the register. FlexScan maps any additional identifier stored in product metafields to the correct variant. Staff scan as usual and POS finds the correct product every time. Add your alternate codes to metafields and FlexScan handles the rest.

How to install FlexScan app?

To install the app, you simply need to go to Shopify App Store and find this app with keyword FlexScan. After that you must click onto Add app to, type your store URL and the app will get installed upon confirmation.

To uninstall the app, you simply need to go to https://www.shopify.com/admin/apps, find to FlexScan app and click the garbage can to uninstall this app.
