CONTESTA ‑ AI on your WhatsApp

AI agent for Shopify stores that answers customers 24/7 from your real catalog and live stock, on your storefront chat and WhatsApp. Keep your own number.

Developer: CONTESTA

CONTESTA ‑ AI on your WhatsApp is a Shopify app developed by CONTESTA. This Shopify app helps to increase your customers' buying confidence and boost sales.

About CONTESTA ‑ AI on your WhatsApp:

Your customers ask at night, at weekends, and about products you may no longer have. CONTESTA answers for you. Your products are imported when you install, and the agent replies only about what exists in your store: it says it does not know instead of inventing, and checks stock before promising anything. Add the chat to your storefront in one click - no WhatsApp needed. If you use WhatsApp Business, connect your number and keep it: the agent works alongside you and you can take over any chat.

Most of the apps on Shopify's app store are relatively easy to integrate. And so is this Shopify app.
