Shopify's native cookie banner shows a notice but doesn't block tracking, so Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok and Hotjar can fire before a visitor agrees. ConsentPL holds those scripts until the shopper chooses, helping EU stores meet GDPR. Install it, enable the banner in your theme, and you're covered — no code. It shows in Polish or English, and you can edit colours, text and position. It also offers Google Consent Mode v2, a theme tracker scan, and a CSV consent log for audits.

To install the app, you simply need to go to Shopify App Store and find this app with keyword ConsentPL. After that you must click onto Add app to, type your store URL and the app will get installed upon confirmation.

To uninstall the app, you simply need to go to https://www.shopify.com/admin/apps, find to ConsentPL app and click the garbage can to uninstall this app.
