Restore onto a theme already on the shop, including live after you confirm. Duplicate in Online Store first for a compare copy. Restore one catalog handle or the whole snapshot. Product images and valued metafields come back. Theme images and fonts stay on the shop. Inventory, sales channels, and markets are not restored.
